These Terms govern your use of the Yoho VPN application and website provided by YOHO MOBILE PTE. LTD. ("Yoho", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have your parent or guardian's consent) and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any local rules on the use of VPN or encryption services. Do not use the service where doing so is prohibited.
Yoho VPN routes your device's network traffic through an encrypted tunnel to a server you select, to protect your connection on untrusted networks and improve routing. A free tier provides two starter locations and, each month, 1 GB of full-speed data plus 50 GB at a reduced speed — your connection is slowed after the full-speed allowance, never cut off; Smart Split is included for everyone. Paid Pro plans add more full-speed data and all locations. Availability, speed, and specific server locations may change and are not guaranteed. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the third-party services, sites, or apps you reach through the connection.
You agree not to use the service to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or other rights, send spam or malware, harass others, access or distribute unlawful content, attempt to breach, probe, or overload our or others' systems, circumvent usage limits, or resell or commercially redistribute the service without our written permission. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
You sign in with Apple, Google, or a one-time email code. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device count within your plan's limit. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are used for fraud or abuse.
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you control, subject to these Terms and any applicable app-store rules. The app, the Yoho name and logo, and all related content are owned by us or our licensors; these Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
You obtain the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play and also agree to their terms. Where you use the Apple version: these Terms are between you and YOHO MOBILE PTE. LTD. only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content; we (not Apple) are responsible for support, maintenance, and any product or intellectual-property claims relating to the app to the extent required by law; you may not use the app if you are located in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a U.S. prohibited-parties list; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Similar allocations apply to the Google Play version under Google's terms.
You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the service in violation of, any applicable export-control or sanctions law, and that you are not on a restricted- or denied-parties list.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific site, app, or location will be reachable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOHO MOBILE PTE. LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service or your access for violation of these Terms, for fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, highlighted in the app. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service and supersede prior agreements. Except for the app-store beneficiaries noted above, there are no third-party beneficiaries.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
